Would love to! I’m in Sales at Big Tech right now. So much good people that don’t know where to start. It’s only a matter of time before the next wave of talent starts looking into Web 3

Just had this convo with a friend at ! We simply cannot staff all the needed positions by hiring qualified people, there aren't enough of them. We have to train folks into readiness to serve these roles in web3. I'm interested to get involved!

Would be nice to have a structured DAO for first-time DAOers to go from zero to hero learning and earning with web3 tooling. Designing this for a law student I just started mentoring.

Maybe start narrow with pms first and how they fit in a dao? I find there are few pms people in web3 and you can see it reflected in most products when looking at roadmaps or proposals. The VC presale projects seem to be the best directed because they got product people.

There’s also education needed on the dao side of how a PM can add value and make their lives easier. Currently DAOs think engineers scale linearly and that’s all they recruit for when a PM for every 3-4 engineers would do wonders.

Definitely! Building sth related - gathering together all DAOs and open Web3 working opportunities to help people take the first steps and dig deeper in Web3 Based on conducted projects, build an objective skill-based portfolio & Become Web3-native professional Handshake

Warren Buffett’s famous advice “know your your circle of competence, and stick within it” is the reason many smart people missed out on crypto. Perhaps in this day and age a more useful advice is “be intellectually curious, and push your circle of competence outward.”

Apple's market cap was <$200b on the day Steve Jobs passed away. Since then, Apple's market cap has increased by an average of >$200b *per year.* Observations: - Turned out Tim Cook is a great CEO. - Predicting the future is hard. - Compounding growth is an incredible machine.

We’re super bullish on the startup ecosystem outside the US. Recko, headquartered in Bangalore, enables automated financial operations, with properly designed, real-time abstractions rather clunky, manual workflows.

1. netflix will not have trouble hiring after releasing a wildly popular comedy show, no matter how badly the press wants this to be true 2. losing the sort of employee who leaves work to publicly attack your company is… really not the crisis scenario you seem to think it is
